Harish Adrian Riyanto has been part of the organization since 2012, beginning his career through the Management Trainee program before being appointed Director in 2017. In 2025, he was entrusted to lead the Group of Arva (GOA) as Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the strategic direction and growth of the group’s integrated ecosystem across Education, Property, and Digital businesses.
With strong expertise in strategy and digital marketing, Harish is known for developing new business models and driving brand growth within the organization. One of the successful brands under his leadership is Sengkoeloen. Currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Management at Universitas Pelita Harapan, he continues to lead GOA with a focus on innovation, sustainable growth, and long-term ecosystem development
Ratna Suci Apriani
Chief Executive Officer, Group of Arva (GOA)
Ratna Suci Apriani is a legal and corporate governance professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs, compliance, and financial oversight. She currently serves as Director of PT Arva Sarana Usaha and Vice President of Finance at PT Arva Paramaniaga, where she plays a key role in managing financial governance and ensuring operational sustainability across the Group of Arva ecosystem.
She is currently focused on developing and strengthening ArvaHub’s business operations while overseeing financial inflows and financial management within GOA. Prior to joining the group, Ratna built her career in corporate legal roles at major organizations including PT Sofyan Hotels Tbk, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk, and PT First Media.
Andri Gazam

Andri Gazam is a professional with a multidisciplinary background spanning project management, digital systems development, and property operations. Earlier in his career, he was deeply involved in project management across various infrastructure and development initiatives, where he built strong expertise in planning, cost control, and operational execution
He later expanded his experience into information systems and digital product development, contributing to system design and implementation within the organization. At Group of Arva, Andri now holds a strategic leadership role as Vice President of Property, overseeing building operations, property development, and the virtual office ecosystem across the group. His diverse background enables him to bridge operational execution, digital systems, and property strategy to drive sustainable growth
Lita Edia Harti

Lita Edia Harti is an education leader with extensive experience in school management, curriculum development, and holistic learning systems. As Vice President of Education at Group of Arva, she leads the development of educational strategy, program quality, and institutional growth across the group’s education initiatives.
She also serves as Managing Director of Sekolah Amal Mulia, where she oversees school operations and drives curriculum innovation aligned with holistic education values. Currently, she is pursuing two postgraduate degrees simultaneously: a Master of Management and a Master of Psychology (M.Psi), reflecting her strong commitment to advancing educational leadership and human development.
Aga Pradipta

Aga Pradipta has been an important figure in the journey of Sofyan Corp, contributing across multiple operational and managerial roles within the organization. Early in his career, he was entrusted to manage operations at Amicale Tour, where he gained valuable experience in business management and organizational coordination. Over time, he was entrusted with greater responsibilities across human resources and financial administration. Known for his reliability and strong organizational discipline, Aga’s core expertise lies in administration, governance, and financial management, making him a trusted pillar in maintaining operational stability and internal coordination within the organization.
Yozar Syafril

Yozar Syafril is a digital and project management professional with extensive experience in operational planning, system development, and financial oversight. As Vice President of Digital Project & Business at Group of Arva, he leads digital initiatives, technology implementation, and project execution to support the group’s operational efficiency and innovation. With a strong background in finance and operational management within Sofyan Group, he has played a key role in building systems, managing budgets, and improving productivity through digital solutions and structured planning.
Abdus Somad

Abdus Somad is a Human Capital professional with more than a decade of experience in people development, organizational design, and human resource strategy. As Vice President of Human Resources at Group of Arva, he oversees talent acquisition, performance management, training programs, and organizational development across the group’s business units. With a Master’s degree in Management from PPM School of Management, he has contributed to building structured HR systems and strengthening employee engagement across organizations. His expertise includes competency development, HR strategy, and leadership pipeline programs.
Dandy Setya Anggara

Dandy Setya Anggara is a business development professional with experience in finance, entrepreneurship, and strategic partnership development. At Group of Arva, he leads business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities, building strategic collaborations, and supporting the expansion of the group’s business ecosystem. With a background in accounting from Trisakti University and experience in audit, entrepreneurship, and corporate strategy, Dandy contributes to developing new ventures and strengthening GOA’s business growth initiatives.
